When does ACME charge sales tax?

We charge the applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.

We also charge the applicable sales tax on all orders picked up at our will-call office in Belmont, California.
